Experience a range of activities to keep your heart rate up, in between relaxing in the Caribbean sunshine. 

From sweating it out in our recently upgraded fitness Center, to cardio sessions. Or for those who enjoy a more gentle pace of exercise, you can take part in our morning walks, or try some yoga in our outdoor pavilion.

Fitness Center

Blue Waters’ air conditioned fitness centre is equipped with brand new state-of-the-art cardio machines by Cybex. Our facility features first class amenities to not only maintain your training routines while staying at Blue Waters, but to make it an enjoyable experience.

Use of the fitness centre is complimentary to all guests.

Hours of Operation: Open Monday through Sunday from 6:00AM – 8:00 PM

Yoga & Pilates

Join us in our dedicated yoga pavilion up to three times a week (season dependent).

Yoga can bring you flexibility, renewed physical and emotional strength, weight loss and a new lease of life, whoever you are.

Also join us for salutations at sunset with Pilates up to twice a week. Offered at the wedding gazebo point, the perfect way to end the day.

Aqua Aerobics

This is a high energy and fun fitness class suitable for everyone. A range of aerobic moves in the pool will ensure you get a top workout and have a great time!

Cardio

We offer a range of cardio activities each week at the hotel. From sessions in the gym which includes strengthening exercises, to morning walks. You will improve your condition, lose weight and strengthen muscles of the whole body.

For something more sedate, the fresh air in the early morning makes for a great start to the day. Our head gardener, John will take you for a walk around the residential area pointing out some interesting history and flora on the way.
